Everyday "Something’s" to Keep You Strong
To do lists.
We, everyday, have some things we have to do.
a. Projects at work.
b. Homework
c. Health – gym
d. Chores around home or town.
But while these may seem very important and must be done, there are some things that we need to be doing that even more important.

f. Jesus is telling Martha there are some things in life that are more important than others.
g. So here are some important everyday "something’s" to keep you strong.
Let God say something to you everyday.
A. God wants to talk to you today.
1. Don’t you want God talking to you? (Creator, Judge, etc.)
2. Of course, not in a miracle, but through His word.
B. Too many of us go day after day without looking into God’s book. By doing this we are refusing to allow God to say something to us.

3. Acts 17:11 ("search" – not just a glance)
4. II Tim. 2:15
Say something to God everyday.
D. We should say something to God many times a day if nothing more than to say, "Thank you."
1. If we are new Christians…
2. …long-time Christians…
E. "Prayer will stop the sin or sin will stop the prayer."
F. Luke. 18:1-8
Say something for God everyday.
G. Too many days, months, and years go by without our speaking to somebody about God.
1. We should talk more about God and have more God in our talk. (Denominations)
2. Very seldom do we talk about what God has done for us, what God can do for others.
H. Just drop a few words for God in conversation (It might save a soul.)

1. Starts on the job, neighborhood and school.
2. What if no one had talked to you or your parents?
Do something for God everyday.
J. We are so busy everyday but very little is being done for God.

M. So much of what we do in this world is in vain.
1. Won’t matter a 100 years from now.
2. But not one thing of what we do for God is in vain.
3. It will last for all eternity.
